Before doing any work, we will schedule a call to get to know each other. We believe there is a significant amount of trust required when working with a financial planner. On our call, tell us what your goals and expectations are for us and we will elaborate on how we specifically can help you!
We review your current benefits package to determine if it matches the needs of your current employee demographic. Additionally, we can get new carrier quotes for your current health benefits to make sure you have both the best price and product.
First we discuss what the available options are. We assist in engaging your employees about what options they find useful. From there we take the quote to market to get the best price then fine-tune the benefits based on your budget. Wealth Labs will then host a seminar for your employees to explain the benefits, and how to use them.

Price is $500 for a 1-hour seminar. This includes travel, seminar, and post-seminar follow up that allows employees to send their questions to us directly. Within the presentation, we will include your current health and retirement benefits. This service is included (free) if your group benefits are managed by us.
